Auto service industry, Retail Experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Maintain facility and sales floor safety and standards, including forklift and hazardous material handling requirements.
Organize and merchandize Tire & Battery Center area, manage claims, returns, shrink and damages.
Assist with tire installation appointments and communicate lead times / cancellations.
Provide expert member service, recommend products, explain warranties, and ensure value.
Drive sales and service excellence, promote TBC offerings to members.
Triages service workflow, prioritizes appointments for efficiency, and supports technicians.
Utilize Sam’s Garage and handheld devices to plan sales and improve service experience.
Engage with members professionally, train team members, and uphold brand integrity.
