Job summary

Sam’s Club in Brooksville, FL is seeking a Tire and Battery Center associate to uphold safety standards, stock shelves, and deliver attentive member service. You will assist with tire installations, manage appointments, explain warranties, and help members select the safest, best-value tires and batteries.

This role emphasizes teamwork, compliance with procedures, and using Sam’s Garage and POS systems to provide fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by adhering to all safety policies and procedures, including regulatory compliance and proper handling of safety equipment and incidents.
• Presents and maintains merchandise presentation by stocking merchandise, setting up displays, signing and pricing items, and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
• Assists members with tire installation appointments, communicates lead time changes, and suggests alternatives for installation or tire fitments and maintenance services.
• Provides expert member service and recommendations using product knowledge to explain warranties and ensure value for members.
• Drives sales and service excellence in the Tire and Battery Center by communicating value and promoting awareness of TBC offerings.
• Manages service workflow in TBC bays, prioritizes appointments, and coordinates with leads and technicians to meet service needs.
• Utilizes Sam’s Garage and POS tools to plan sales, enhance service experience, and train team members.
