Job summary

Sam's Club in Sunrise, FL is hiring a Tire and Battery Center Associate. You will maintain safety and presentation on the service floor, assist with tire and battery installations, and help members with product selection and service decisions.

You will use Sam’s Garage and store systems to explain warranties, schedule fittings, and process purchases, returns, and payments while following company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to deliver expert member service and recommendations.
• Perform safety sweeps and follow forklift/hazardous material handling requirements.
• Maintain Tire and Battery Center (TBC) displays, pricing, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety on the service floor and follow safety policies.
• Assist members with tire maintenance, installation scheduling, and service decisions.
• Explain warranties and help customers select safe, suitable tire/battery products.
• Drive sales by communicating value and collaborating with club associates.
• Prioritize service appointments to maximize efficiency in TBC bays.
• Operate POS and payment processing per policy.
