Job summary

Sam's Club in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician to provide safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas and help members get more of what they love for less. You will collaborate with teammates to meet member expectations and apply TPMS, safety, and POS knowledge.

This role emphasizes hands-on work, merchandising, and accurate documentation, while delivering high-quality service and supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to fulfil sales and service requests, educating others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentoring new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety, compliance protocols, tire and battery guidelines, TPMS and product specs; operate POS and assist customers with purchases.
• Utilize handheld technology to plan, drive sales, and improve service experience; handle tasks and documentation with accuracy.
• Maintain inventory, process transactions, and report safety hazards, issues with products or work areas per company policies.
