Job summary

Sam's Club in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Tire & Battery Center team member focused on safety, merchandise presentation, and efficient service delivery. You will stock displays, sign pricing, and assist with installation appointments while maintaining a high standard of member care.

Responsibilities include guiding purchases, explaining warranties, using Sam’s Garage knowledge, and collaborating with colleagues to promote TBC offerings.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred qualifications include Auto service industry and Retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and sales floor safety and standards per policies.
• Assist members with tire and battery installation appointments and service decisions.
• Provide expert member service and recommendations using product knowledge and warranties.
• Drive sales and service excellence by communicating value of merchandise and services.
• Triages and prioritizes service workflow in TBC bays to maximize efficiency.
• Operates POS systems and handles purchases, returns, and exchanges per policy.
