Job summary

Walmart is seeking a team-oriented associate to support the Tire and Battery Center (TBC) operations in Sanford. You will assist members with tire installation, maintenance, and service decisions, while ensuring safety and accuracy in merchandising, reservations, and transactions.

Responsibilities include triaging service requests, maintaining TBC displays, following safety policies, and leveraging Sam’s Garage knowledge to recommend suitable products and warranties.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
• Organizes and merchandises Tire and Battery Center (TBC) displays and handles claims/returns/damages.
• Assists members with tire installation scheduling and maintenance; communicates lead times and cancellations.
• Provides expert member service and product recommendations using Sam’s Garage and product knowledge.
• Drives sales and service excellence in TBC by promoting offerings and value to members.
• Triages and prioritizes service workflow to maximize efficiency and prioritise TBC appointments.
