Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Warren, OH is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Associate to maintain safety and merchandising standards, assist members with tire and battery orders, and help with installations. You will use Sam’s Garage and product knowledge to recommend safe products, explain warranties, and ensure members receive value.

Collaboration across the club is essential to drive sales and deliver excellent service while prioritizing TBC appointments and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety per policies and procedures.
• Keeps Tire and Battery Center organized, stocked, and merchandised.
• Assists members with tire and battery orders, installation, and service.
• Provides expert member service, recommends products, explains warranties.
• Drives sales and promotes TBC offerings across the club.
• Triages service workflow and prioritizes appointments.
