Job summary

Walmart Warren, OH location is hiring for roles in the Tire and Battery Center (TBC). This role focuses on maintaining safety standards on the sales floor and in the service bays, stocking and merchandising TBC products, and assisting members with tire installation and maintenance services.

• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred qualifications include Auto service industry and Retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by following safety policies and procedures and reporting unsafe situations.
• Stock, zone, and merchandise Tire and Battery Center sales floor per company policies; handle claims, returns, shrink and damages.
• Assist members with tire maintenance and installation appointments; communicate lead times and cancellations and offer alternatives.
• Provide expert member service, greet members, identify needs, assist with purchasing and services, explain warranties, and promote value.
