Job summary

Sam's Club in Asheville is seeking a Service Associate for the Tire and Battery Center (TBC). You will help customers with tire and battery services, schedule installations, and ensure safety and merchandising standards on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards on the facility and sales floor, including forklift and hazardous material handling compliance.
• Organize and merchandise the Tire and Battery Center (TBC) according to company policies.
• Assist members with tire maintenance, installation scheduling, and service decisions.
• Provide expert member service using Sam’s Garage and product knowledge to recommend tires and batteries and explain warranties.
• Drive sales and service excellence by communicating value of merchandise and services.
