Sam's Club is seeking an associate for the Tire and Battery Center in Phoenix to maintain safety, organize the TBC area, and assist members with tire and battery services. Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry, Retail Experience

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
• Ensures Tire and Battery Center (TBC) sales floor is organized, stocked, zoned, and merchandised per company policies.
• Presents and maintains merchandise presentation by stocking, displaying, signing and pricing items, and handling fragile goods.
• Assists members with tire installation appointments, communicates lead times, and suggests alternatives for installations or tire fitments.
• Provides expert member service by greeting members, identifying needs, and guiding purchases and service decisions.
• Drives sales and service excellence in TBC by promoting offerings and coordinating with the team to raise member awareness.
• Triages and prioritizes service workflow in TBC bays to maximize efficiency and advise the TBC Team Lead or Technicians.
• Demonstrates knowledge of safety, TPMS, product specs, and POS systems, and uses digital tools to plan and improve service experiences.
• Serves as a brand advocate, develops team members, and helps overcome roadblocks to service quality.
• Follows policies to process payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges and maintains proper documentation.
