Job summary

Sam's Club in Charlotte, NC seeks a Tire & Battery Center Associate to maintain safety and merchandising on the sales floor and TBC area. You will greet members, assist with tire and battery purchases, and coordinate service appointments while upholding company policies and high service standards.

You will use Sam’s Garage knowledge and reference materials to recommend products, explain warranties, and ensure members receive the best value. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards on the sales floor and in the Tire and Battery Center (TBC).
• Assist members with tire and battery purchases, services, and appointments.
• Explain warranties and product information to members to ensure value and satisfaction.
• Process payments and assist with returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies.
• Coordinate with TBC team to prioritize service and improve efficiency.
