Job summary

Sam's Club in Rocky Mount, NC is hiring for a Tire & Battery Center associate. You will help members with tire and battery installations, maintenance, and service decisions while ensuring safety and proper merchandising across the TBC area.

You will provide expert member service, use Sam’s Garage knowledge, explain warranties, and promote TBC offerings. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, safety awareness, and the ability to operate POS and service equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license is required.
• 18 years of age or older is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards on the Tire and Battery Center (TBC) sales floor and ensure proper stocking, signing, pricing, and merchandising.
• Assist members with tire and battery installations, maintenance, and service decisions; triage service workflow for efficiency.
• Provide expert member service using Sam’s Garage knowledge; explain warranties and ensure value.
• Operate TBC equipment and POS; handle payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Promote TBC offerings and act as a brand advocate to support member experience.
