Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a tire and service associate for the Tire & Battery Center. You will assist members with tire and battery purchases, explain warranties, and coordinate installations while maintaining safe, organized displays and accurate pricing.

You’ll engage customers, prioritize service requests, and collaborate with the TBC team to ensure fast, high-quality service and value. Benefits include competitive pay and comprehensive health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards on the sales floor and in the Tire & Battery Center (TBC).
• Assist members with tire and battery purchases and services, including scheduling installations.
• Process member purchases, handle returns and exchanges, and operate POS as needed.
• Provide expert member service, identify needs, explain warranties, and promote TBC offerings.
