Job summary

Sam's West in Riverdale, UT is seeking an associate for Tire and Battery Center operations. The role emphasizes safety, merchandising, and efficient service to members, with a strong focus on expert product recommendations and warranty explanations.

You will help manage tire and battery installs, assist members with purchases, and drive sales across the TBC by leveraging Sam’s Garage knowledge and high standards of service. This is an on-site position supporting a busy retail club.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards and organize TBC floor.
• Assist members with tire and battery services.
• Provide expert member service and product recommendations.
• Use Sam’s Garage and product knowledge to explain warranties.
• Drive sales and service excellence in the TBC.
