Job summary

Sam's Club in Riverdale, UT is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Associate to support tire and battery services, installation scheduling, and member assistance. You will engage with members, explain warranties, and help select the safest and most suitable products while maintaining high service standards.

You will also handle POS transactions, repairs coordination, safety compliance, and teamwork across the club to promote TBC offerings and value. Competitive pay with benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license required.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards for the Tire and Battery Center (TBC) by following safety policies and procedures.
• Assist members with tire and battery purchases, installation scheduling, and related services.
• Greet members and recommend products and services using Sam's Garage and product knowledge.
• Process purchases and payments at the point-of-sale and handle returns/exchanges per policy.
• Operate TBC equipment safely and complete required documentation.
• Support team with service workflow prioritization and cross-department communication.
