Job summary

Sam's Club in Salt Lake City is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Associate to ensure safety, proper merchandising, and efficient service on the sales floor. You will assist with tire installation scheduling, provide product knowledge, and help members choose the best tires and batteries.

You will greet members, assess their needs, and guide them through purchases and services while upholding Sam's Club standards. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering value to members.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and sales floor safety and standards by following safety policies and procedures and reporting unsafe situations.
• Ensure Tire and Battery Center (TBC) sales floor is organized, stocked, zoned, and merchandised per policies; handle claims, returns, shrink and damages.
• Assist members with tire maintenance and repair services; monitor order status and assist with installation appointments.
• Provide expert member service by greeting members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, and explaining warranties and options.
• Promote TBC offerings and value; drive sales and service excellence through collaboration with club associates.
