Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety and standards on the sales floor by adhering to safety policies and hazardous material handling requirements.
• Ensures Tire and Battery Center merchandise is organized, stocked, zoned, and merchandised per policy.
• Presents and maintains merchandise displays, signs, pricing, and handles damaged goods.
• Assists members with tire maintenance and installation appointments and service recommendations.
• Provides expert member service using Sam’s Garage knowledge to recommend products and explain warranties.
• Drives sales by communicating value and promoting TBC offerings across the club.
• Triages service workflow in TBC bays to maximize efficiency.
