Job summary

Sam's Club in Houston, TX is seeking a Tire & Battery Center team member to maintain safety standards, stock and merchandize the TBC area, and assist members with installation appointments and services.

You will provide expert member service, explain warranties, and recommend the best tire and battery products. The role requires strong product knowledge and effective use of POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards on the sales floor and within the Tire & Battery Center.
• Stock, merchandize, sign, and price merchandise; handle damaged goods and returns.
• Assist members with tire installation appointments and service scheduling.
• Provide product recommendations and explain warranties to members; use Sam’s Garage for guidance.
• Drive sales by communicating value of merchandise and services to members.
• Operate POS and complete transactions, payments, returns, and exchanges.
