Job summary

Sam's Club in Laredo, TX is seeking team members for the Tire and Battery Center (TBC) to maintain safety, stock, and merchandising standards while assisting members with tire installation and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide strong customer service in a retail setting.
• Adhere to safety policies and handling procedures for tires and batteries.
• Knowledge of Point‑of‑Sale systems and cash handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and store standards in the Tire and Battery Center (TBC).
• Organize, stock, and merchandise TBC areas per policy.
• Assist members with tire installation, maintenance, and service scheduling.
• Provide expert member service using product knowledge and Sam’s Garage.
• Drive sales by communicating value of TBC offerings to members.
• Prioritize service workflow and coordinate with team leads for efficient service.
