Job summary

Sam's Club in Houston, TX is looking for a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead to drive member service and supervise a team of hourly associates, delivering safe and efficient services.

You will model expertise in Tire and Battery Center operations, lead with integrity, train staff, and collaborate with other leaders to meet the club’s goals while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for members.

Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Tire Industry Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tire and Battery Center team to deliver on the business plan and customer service goals.
• Communicate department goals, set guidelines, and ensure safety and compliance.
• Train and develop associates, manage inventory, and assist with staffing and scheduling.
• Operate cash registers and support member service on the shop floor as needed.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, service quality, and associate engagement.
