Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a dedicated associate to maintain safety and merchandising standards in the Tire and Battery Center and on the sales floor in Lewisville, TX. You will assist members with tire and battery purchases, scheduling installations, and providing expert guidance on warranties and services.

You’ll drive sales by communicating value, coordinating with the TBC team, and prioritizing service workflows to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by following safety policies and procedures.
• Assists members with tire and battery purchases, services, and scheduling installations.
• Provides expert member service using product knowledge to recommend tires and batteries and explain warranties.
• Drives sales and promotes Tire and Battery Center offerings across the club.
• Triages service workflow to maximize efficiency and keeps commitments to customers.
• Handles purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges at the point of sale with professionalism.
