Job summary

Walmart’s Sam’s Club in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead to drive member service and supervise hourly associates. You will model expertise in Tire and Battery Center operations and collaborate with other team leaders to meet the club’s service goals.

You will train staff, enforce safety and compliance, manage inventory and scheduling, and participate in daily operations including point-of-sale tasks.

Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Tire and Battery Center team to meet business goals.
• Model expertise in Tire and Battery Center operations and service standards.
• Communicate department goals and ensure member-focused service.
• Plan staffing, scheduling, and support store operations including POS tasks.
