You will also train staff, leverage digital tools, plan staffing, and manage inventory and documentation to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a strong member experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Lead Tire and Battery Center team to deliver services and meet the business plan.
• Maintain knowledge of tire and battery service standards, safety, and compliance.
• Utilize handheld technology to drive sales, service decisions, and training.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and cash handling; ensure a neat, safe work area.
