Job summary

Sam's Club in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician to provide safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas of the department, and to help members get more of what they love, for less. You will work with team members to fulfill requests, educate others, and mentor new technicians while upholding safety and integrity.

You will demonstrate knowledge of tire, battery, and TPMS guidelines, operate POS systems, and leverage handheld tools to drive service

Qualifications

• Valid State-issued Driver's License.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to fulfil sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety, tire and battery guidelines, TPMS, and POS operations.
• Leverage handheld tools and systems to drive sales, service quality, and training.
• Maintain accurate inventory, complete paperwork and logs, and ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist members with purchasing decisions.
