Walmart Sam's Club in Florence, SC is seeking a Tire and Battery Center Team Leader to supervise hourly associates and drive member service in the Tire and Battery Center. You will model Tire and Battery Center expertise and collaborate with other team leaders to meet the club's service goals.

This full-time role requires 6 months supervisory or automotive experience, 18 years or older, and shifts that may vary.

Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months automotive experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Shifts may vary and flexibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Tire and Battery Center team to meet the club's service goals.
• Maintain expertise in tire and battery services and safety protocols.
• Train and coach associates, enforce policies, and uphold member service standards.
• Operate cash registers and support store operations as needed.
