Job summary

Sam's Club in Florence, SC is seeking a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead to drive member service and supervise a team of hourly associates, delivering safe and efficient tire and battery services and modeling center expertise.

You will work with other team leaders to meet the club's business plan, train staff, manage inventories and scheduling, leverage digital tools for service improvements, and ensure a clean, compliant, member-first operation.

Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tire and Battery Center team to meet the business plan and ensure member satisfaction.
• Train and coach associates, ensure safety, compliance, and policy adherence.
• Leverage digital tools and scheduling to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and complete required documentation and logs.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to deliver exceptional member experiences.
