Walmart Inc. Sam's Club State College is hiring a Tire and Battery Center Team Leader. You will supervise hourly associates, guide service delivery, and ensure safety and compliance in the Tire and Battery Center.

The role emphasizes leadership, product knowledge, and use of digital tools to drive sales while maintaining excellent member service. Competitive hourly wages reflect local market.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months in automotive.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred Tire Industry Certification.

Responsabilités

• Be an Expert: maintain knowledge of tire/battery service, safety, and product specs.
