Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead to drive member service in the area and supervise a team of hourly associates. You will model expertise in Tire and Battery Center and work with other team leaders to meet the club's expectations.

You will lead the team on daily processes, train staff, ensure safety and compliance, and leverage digital tools to enhance sales and service. A focus on ownership and integrity will guide daily operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Leader; supervise the Tire and Battery Center team to deliver the business plan and ensure member satisfaction.
• Communicates the goals of the department, sets guidelines, and adheres to policies while advocating for members and the company.
• Be an Expert on tire and battery service; maintain product knowledge and safety/compliance standards.
• Be a Techie; leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales and improve service experience.
• Be an Owner; manage inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and ensure a neat and safe work area.
• Be a Talent Ambassador; train and develop team members and encourage growth.
