Job summary

Walmart Inc. at Sam's Club Charlottesville seeks a Tire and Battery Center Team Leader to supervise hourly associates and drive member service. You will model expertise in tire and battery operations and collaborate with other leaders to meet the club's expectations.

You will lead the team, ensure safety and quality, train staff, and utilize digital tools to optimize service and sales while controlling costs and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to complete all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tire and Battery Center team to deliver on the business plan and member service goals.
• Communicate department goals, set guidelines, and ensure policies are followed.
• Train and coach associates on tire and battery services, safety, and product knowledge.
• Plan staffing, scheduling, and use hand-held tech to drive sales and service quality.
• Maintain a neat, safe work area and ensure accurate inventory and paperwork.
