Job summary

Sam's Club in Easley, SC is seeking a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead to drive member service and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services. You will model expertise in Tire and Battery Center and work with other team leaders to meet member expectations.

You will lead the team, train, and ensure compliance with safety standards, manage inventory, and collaborate with other leaders to exceed member expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include at least 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Leader: supervises the Tire and Battery Center team to deliver on the business plan and support the club's success.
• Be an Expert: maintains knowledge of tire and battery service standards, equipment operations, and recalls to ensure daily processes are followed.
• Be a Techie: uses digital tools to plan for and drive sales and improve the service experience.
• Be an Owner: assists in staffing, scheduling, inventory, and cash handling while maintaining safety and compliance.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: trains and develops associates and supports career growth.
• Develops processes with managers and partners to meet business needs and drive improvement.
• Promotes compliance with company policies and ethics through guidance and action plans.
