Job summary

Walmart Tucker, GA is seeking a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead to supervise a team of hourly associates, deliver member-focused service, and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will model expertise, lead safety protocols, and leverage handheld tech to drive sales and service quality.

In this role you will train staff, coordinate staffing, and maintain inventory and compliance while acting as a brand ambassador for Walmart and Sam's Club values.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tire and Battery Center team to deliver on the business plan and member service goals.
• Train and develop associates, ensure safety and compliance, and use digital tools to improve service and sales.
• Schedule staffing, operate cash registers, and manage inventory to support operations and member experience.
• Incorporate new products, technologies, and programs; maintain a clean, safe work area for customers and associates.
