The Tire and Battery Center Services Lead at Walmart/Sam's Club Baton Rouge will guide a team to deliver safe, efficient tire and battery services and drive member satisfaction. You will model expertise, train associates, and collaborate with other leaders to meet the club's business goals.

You will oversee daily operations, maintain safety and compliance, and act as an ambassador for the customer, the staff, and the company, while leveraging digital tools to improve service and engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
