Walmart/Sam's Club in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead to supervise hourly associates and drive member service. You will model expertise in tire and battery services and collaborate with other team leaders to meet the club's expectations.

You will maintain knowledge of tire and battery service standards, safety, and product information while planning staffing, scheduling, and operational tasks to ensure excellent member experiences.

Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tire and Battery Center operations and supervise hourly associates to meet business goals.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and service standards on the floor while training team members.
• Plan and execute staffing, scheduling, and cashier duties to support member service.
• Drive sales and improve service by leveraging digital tools and knowledge of product specs.
