Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Store Customer Service Associate to assist customers, diagnose basic tire and service needs, and recommend solutions. You will deliver courteous service and drive sales in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires at least 3 years in automotive or retail customer service, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to read English and Spanish. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in automotive or retail customer service.
• Able to read and interpret English and Spanish for safety and instructions.
• Willing to operate POS equipment and assist in various store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Recommend services and solutions based on customer interaction and needs.
• Provide courteous, prompt customer service through selling processes.
• Perform basic diagnostic tests and train others in parts knowledge as needed.
• In charge of parts sales with focus on tires and service sales.
• Cooperate with store management to reach sales targets and quality standards.
