Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor to work in an Auto Service center, delivering outstanding customer service while driving tire and service sales. You will build guest relationships and explain warranties and promotions to guests.

Responsibilities include scheduling, time estimates, checkout, and recommending products per manufacturer guidance. A valid driver’s license and 18+ age are required; minor relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No relocation offered for this position.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by understanding their needs.
• Explain warranties, advertising, and promotions of products/services.
• Manage guest interactions from check-in to checkout, including scheduling and estimating time."
• Recommend products based on manufacturer guidance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending and squatting.
