The ONE GROUP is hiring a Server Assistant in a tipped role in San Diego. You will support the service team, ensure tables are set, and help deliver a superior dining experience. Your role is to anticipate guest needs and uphold the brand’s high standards of service.

You’ll assist servers, run food, and maintain cleanliness while working closely with a fast-paced team. This position requires flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Guest-first mindset for hospitality excellence.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Clear communication and teamwork with the service team.
• Strong attention to detail and anticipation of guest needs.
• Stand for extended periods, carry trays, lift up to 20 lbs.
• Availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and contribute to an elevated dining experience.
• Collaborate with servers to deliver food, answer questions, maintain table standards.
• Run food and drinks efficiently with accurate table placement.
• Pre-bus, clear and reset tables between courses.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and dining spaces.
• Assist with table setup, stocking stations, and front-of-house tasks.
• Communicate with the team to boost efficiency and service speed.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe environment.
