Job summary

THE ONE GROUP is seeking a Server Assistant to support our service team in delivering an elevated dining experience. You will help set tables, assist servers, and ensure guests are attended to with a guest-first mindset.

You’ll multi-task in a high-volume environment, maintain clean service areas, and follow health/sanitation guidelines. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Guest-first mindset and hospitality-focused.
• Able to multi-task in a high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in anticipating guest needs.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic English proficiency for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, elevating the dining experience.
• Work closely with servers to deliver food, answer guest questions, and maintain table standards.
• Run food and drinks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and proper table placement.
• Pre-bus tables, remove used tableware between courses, and reset tables promptly.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain seamless service flow.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, ensuring service areas and dining spaces are neat and organized.
• Assist with table setups, stocking service stations, and additional front-of-house tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to enhance efficiency and service speed.
• Follow all health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
