The ONE GROUP in Temecula is seeking a Server Assistant to support our service team and ensure guests receive an unparalleled dining experience. You will help with table settings, food delivery, and maintaining high standards of service.

Applicants should be able to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, be comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs, and work nights, weekends, and holidays. A friendly, guest-focused attitude is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring an elevated and memorable dining experience.
• Work closely with servers to deliver food, answer guest questions, and maintain table standards.
• Run food and drinks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and proper table placement.
• Pre-bus tables, remove used tableware between courses, and reset tables promptly.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain seamless service flow.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, ensuring service areas and dining spaces are neat and organized.
• Assist with table setups, stocking service stations, and additional front-of-house tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to enhance efficiency and service speed.
• Follow all health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
