Job summary

The ONE Group is seeking a Server Assistant to play a crucial role in supporting our service team at our restaurant. You will help ensure tables are set, meals are delivered efficiently, and guests enjoy an unparalleled dining experience.

You will anticipate guest needs, assist servers, and help uphold THE ONE GROUP’s high standards of service. This role requires basic English and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Work closely with servers to deliver food, answer questions, and maintain table standards.
• Run food and drinks efficiently with accuracy and proper table placement.
• Pre-bus tables, remove used items, and reset tables promptly.
• Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
• Assist with table setups and stocking service stations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to enhance efficiency and speed.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations.
