Qualifications

• Six months or more experience bartending.
• Accurate cash handling skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Meet the company standard for guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards.
• Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide service.
• Serve alcoholic beverages following state/federal regulations.
• Upsell products to guests through knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
• Pour drinks responsibly and maintain correct serving sizes.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Communicate any needed cut-offs to guests.
• De-escalate intoxicated guests and involve management or security if needed.
• Restock products and manage the issued bar bank.
