Job summary

Oak View Group seeks a personable Bartender to serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced venue setting. PT role with an hourly rate of $10.00; tip eligible, with 401(k) savings and matching benefits. Availability for events, attendance, and a flexible schedule are required.

Experience in bartending, accurate cash handling, and excellent guest service are essential. The position remains open until October 9, 2026, at our venues across the United States.

Qualifications

• Six months or more experience bartending.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Bartending school preferred.
• Accurate cash handling skills required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellence in guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards.
• Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described.
• Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures and regulations.
• Learn or know various beer, wine varieties and spirits; upsell to guests.
• Pour drinks responsibly and check ID to verify age requirements.
• Communicate cut-offs to guests as required.
• Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns.
• De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and involve management or security if needed.
• Contact a manager if unable to resolve standard issues.
• Restock products as needed and manage the bar bank.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and well-maintained equipment.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down bar equipment and organizing the cooler.
