Job summary

Oak View Group in Orlando is seeking a Concessions Bartender for a seasonal role from July 31, 2026 to October 31, 2026. You will serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintain a fast-paced service standard, and support guest experience during events at InterCo Stadium.

The position pays $10.98–$12.00 per hour and is tip eligible; open until October 30, 2026. Flexibility to work events is essential, with attention to cash handling and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Six months or more experience bartending.
• Accurate cash handling skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.
• Bartending school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellence in the areas of guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards.
• Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described.
• Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures for serving alcoholic drinks, including state and federal regulations pertaining to the distribution of alcohol.
• Responsible for learning or having knowledge of various beer, wine varieties & spirits available and being able to learn to suggestively upsell products to guests.
• Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards for serving size.
• Check guest’s ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.
• Communicate a cut-off to a guest as required.
• Listening and responding to any customer requests or concerns.
• De-escalate intoxicated guest situations; contact management or security as required.
• Request additional products or restock products as required.
• Handle cash accurately as required.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation at all times.
• Other duties as assigned may include setting up and breaking down bar equipment and organizing the cooler.
