Job summary

The Bartender at Oak View Group is responsible for the service of all beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The role requires personable, professional conduct and flexibility to work events as scheduled.

This seasonal position pays an hourly rate of $3.63 and is tip eligible, with a timeframe from October 2, 2026, to October 3, 2026. This posting remains open through October 3, 2026.

Qualifications

• Six months or more experience bartending.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Bartending school preferred.
• Accurate cash handling skills required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be self-directed while working in a team‑oriented environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards.
• Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described.
• Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures and regulations.
• Upsell products to guests when appropriate.
• Pour drinks responsibly and verify guest age.
• Communicate cut-offs and respond to guest requests.
• De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and involve management if needed.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and equipment.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and organization of bar areas.
