Job summary

Oak View Group in the United States seeks a Banquet Server to deliver professional, fine-dining level service for events. You will assist with setup, maintain stations, and ensure guest satisfaction while collaborating with kitchen and event staff.

The role is part-time, hourly, and tip eligible. Candidates should be able to lift, stand, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends; prior banquet or restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED strongly preferred. Equivalent experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Reads and understands banquet event orders.
• Provides fine-dining-level food and beverage service to guests for all events, consistent with standards of service.
• Initiates and maintains friendly and professional contact with guests, ensuring that all needs are anticipated and met.
• Setup and maintain both food and beverage stations in various locations throughout the building consistent with standards of service.
• Maintain an inventory for both food and beverage stations.
• Maintain all event areas and front-of-house staging areas in a tidy and organized manner.
