The role partners with JWCH, LAHSA, HFH and other agencies to coordinate care and housing services for individuals experiencing homelessness. Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Healthcare, Human Services, or social work-related field is required.
• 3-5+ years of managerial experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or public health settings preferred.
• Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams and with community partners preferred.

• Provide administrative direction and support to case management and staff.
