Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Healthcare, Human Services, or social work, or 3–5+ years of relevant managerial experience.
• Experience and knowledge in human, social, and/or behavioral health services, especially for homeless and/or low-income underserved individuals.
• Demonstrate expertise working with interdisciplinary teams and an understanding of trauma-informed care and trauma impacts on clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to promote effective teamwork and professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative direction, guidance, and support to Case Management and other designated staff in accordance with policies.
• Oversee on-site Case Managers, ensure timely documentation and coordination of client services.
• Communicate program objectives, policies, and procedures to multidisciplinary staff.
• Provide training and operational support to Program Monitor staff for approved service plans and client strategies.
• Coordinate staff training on topics relevant to program operations, including harm reduction and de-escalation techniques.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement program goals, policies, and reporting processes.
