Job summary

JWCH Institute in Los Angeles seeks a Program Manager for the Tiny Home Project. The role oversees operations, staff training, and interdepartmental collaboration to deliver client-centered housing and support services.

The role ensures program compliance, staff development, and performance reporting, while maintaining PHI privacy and safety standards in a fast-paced nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Healthcare, Human Services, or social work or 3–5+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience in homeless and/or low-income underserved populations.
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and trauma-informed care.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Valid California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative direction and support to Case Management and other designated staff.
• Oversee on-site Case Managers and coordinate client services.
• Communicate program objectives, policies, and procedures to multidisciplinary staff.
• Provide training and operational guidance to Program Monitor staff on service plans and client strategies.
• Coordinate staff training on harm reduction, trauma-informed care, de-escalation, and related topics.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement program goals, documentation, and reporting processes.
• Promote coordinated, quality, cost-conscious care and client satisfaction.
