Job summary

JWCH Institute, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Site Supervisor for the NENB Housing program. This role supports the director with strategic planning and coordinates all operational aspects to enable clients toward independent housing.

You will lead interdisciplinary teams, oversee food service, housekeeping, and intake processes, and deliver training to staff on harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and program requirements, ensuring quality services and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate Degree in Human Services or related field.
• 3-5+ years of managerial experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or public health.
• Experience working with homeless or underserved populations in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative direction and support to Site Monitors, Care Team, and Receptionists.
• Coordinate client food services and oversee Food Service and Housekeeping staff.
• Monitor client headcounts, intake belongings, and room cleanliness per policy.
• Communicate program objectives and procedures to clients and staff.
• Deliver staff training on harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and compliance.
