Job summary

JWCH Institute, Inc. seeks a Site Supervisor in Los Angeles to coordinate the NENB Housing program's operational aspects and lead the interdisciplinary Care Team.

You will guide staff, manage service delivery, and ensure compliance with program requirements while promoting client independence and housing goals. The role requires an associate degree in human services (or equivalent experience), strong leadership and communication skills, and a focus on trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree (preferred Bachelor's) in Human Services or related field.
• 3–5+ years of relevant managerial experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or public health.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative direction and support to Site Monitors and Care Team staff.
• Coordinate and monitor client services, food, housekeeping, and intake processes.
• Oversee trainings on harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and de-escalation.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure program goals, reporting, and compliance.
• Organize monthly staff meetings and support quality improvement efforts.
• Maintain confidentiality of PHI and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Monitor facility conditions and coordinate safety and maintenance needs.
• Participate in program development, audits, and staff evaluations.
• Support recruitment, health clearances, and competency assessments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
