Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Timekeeping SME to serve as the knowledge hub for Ryder’s timekeeping systems. You will be the central contact for employees submitting time and supervisors approving it, coordinating with HR and Payroll to ensure smooth payroll processing and system integrity.

You will troubleshoot issues, guide users, assist with enhancements, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations while continuously updating training materials for evolving needs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in HR, business, computer systems or similar.
• 1 year+ experience with timekeeping systems preferred.
• 2+ years in HR practices and policies is required.
• Understanding of HR role and how it affects business and employees.
• Ability to train and influence system users.
• Knowledge of timekeeping and payroll interrelations.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system(s).
• Audit timekeeping for policy and regulatory compliance and data integrity.
• Maintain collaboration with HR and Payroll for timely updates and disputes.
• Update and distribute training materials for timekeeping systems.
• Ensure timely access and training for new users and role changes.
• Complete proxy setups to maintain service during absences.
